1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern use of Click2Pop services and access to the digital content by Buyers.
By accessing our digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply only to Buyers.
Sellers are governed by a separate Seller Agreement.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Buyer" means any individual or entity purchasing Digital Content from Click2Pop.
"Click2Pop" means Click2Pop OÜ acting as Merchant of Record.
"Consumer" means a natural person acting outside that person's trade, business, craft, or profession under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer law applies, references to Consumer prevail.
"Digital Content" means any digital product sold through the Platform.
"Seller" means any individual or legal entity that licenses Digital Content to Click2Pop.
"Terms" means these terms of service, as amended from time to time.
3. Role of Click2Pop
Click2Pop operates as a Merchant of Record. Click2Pop does not hold other people's funds, give investment advice, provide payment services, or issue electronic money. Click2Pop manages its own funds as part of its commercial activities. Any funds collected from Buyers are considered the commercial proceeds of Click2Pop before they are disbursed to Sellers. All financial transactions are processed by trusted and regulated third-party partners.
Click2Pop acts as the sole seller of Digital Content in all transactions with Buyers.
Buyers enter into a contractual relationship exclusively with Click2Pop.
Sellers are not parties to transactions between Click2Pop and Buyers. Buyers do not enter into contracts directly with Sellers.
Click2Pop has sole discretion over pricing and price presentation, checkout and transaction flow, VAT and other applicable taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and access to Digital Content.
This Merchant of Record model is fundamental and non-negotiable.
Only digital content are offered.
4. Buyer Obligations
The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information, use Digital Content lawfully, not share or resell access links or credentials, not attempt unauthorized access, and not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
The Buyer remains responsible for any use of access links or credentials sent by Click2Pop.
5. No Account Requirement
Buyers are not required to create a user account to complete a purchase with Click2Pop.
6. Access to Digital Content
Access to Digital Content is granted only after confirmed payment.
Access is provided according to the product description and applicable policies.
The Buyer receives the version of the Digital Content available at the time of purchase.
New versions, upgrades, or additional content are separate products and are not included unless the product description states otherwise.
Access to Digital Content is provided via email, access links, or similar access methods determined by Click2Pop.
The Buyer must keep such access methods confidential and secure.
7. Suspension and Access Control
Click2Pop may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to Digital Content with or without prior notice where required or appropriate for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment provider requirements, security, refunds, or operational risk management.
8. Consent and Withdrawal Waiver
Before payment is completed, the Buyer must accept these Terms and any required withdrawal waiver.
Where immediate access to Digital Content is offered, access begins only where legally permitted, including where the Buyer has given explicit consent and, where required by law, acknowledged that withdrawal rights are lost once access begins.

9. Payments and Pricing
Click2Pop is not a licensed financial institution and does not process payments. All transactions are processed and handled by regulated third-party financial partners and the activities of Click2Pop are limited to its role as a Merchant of Record.
All payments are made directly to Click2Pop as Merchant of Record.
Prices, fees, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
A transaction is complete only after payment confirmation.
VAT and other applicable consumption taxes are handled by Click2Pop.
10. No financial services or licensing
Click2Pop is not a licensed bank, financial institution, payment service provider, or investment firm.
Click2Pop operates under a Merchant of Record model, which does not require a financial services license in Estonia or EU for the current scope of operations.
11. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled exclusively by Click2Pop.
The rules governing refund eligibility, consumer withdrawal rights, dispute handling, chargeback handling, and refund timing are set out in the Refund and Dispute Policy.
In case of conflict, the Refund and Dispute Policy prevails for refund and dispute matters.
12. Seller Content Responsibility
Digital Content sold by Click2Pop is created and licensed by Sellers.
While Click2Pop sells Digital Content to Buyers as Merchant of Record, Sellers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of their content.
Seller obligations and liabilities are governed exclusively by the Seller Agreement.
13. Intellectual Property
All technology, software, interfaces, branding, and materials not provided by Sellers are the intellectual property of Click2Pop or its licensors.
Buyers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access purchased Digital Content through the access method provided by Click2Pop.
This right is personal to the Buyer, does not transfer ownership of the content, and does not permit copying, resale, distribution, or other unauthorized use.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click2Pop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, does not guarantee the accuracy of Digital Content, and does not guarantee outcomes or results from Digital Content.
Digital Content is provided on an "as is" basis, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit the rights of the Consumers arising from provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Details regarding data processing, user rights, cookies, and tracking are set out in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Use of Systems and Service Providers
Click2Pop may use internal systems and third-party service providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, storage, analytics, and content delivery.
The specific technical implementation may be changed at any time without affecting these Terms.
17. Evidence and Logging
Click2Pop maintains records of system logs, transactions, access events, delivery timestamps, communications, and operational actions.
Such records may be used as evidence in disputes, refunds, chargebacks, compliance reviews, investigations, and legal proceedings.
18. Changes to the Terms
Click2Pop may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes required by law, regulatory authorities, or payment provider requirements may take effect immediately.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
