The 7% is calculated on the net price of your product, meaning the buyer price excluding VAT. On a product sold at €99 net, the Click2Pop margin is €6,93.
No. It is 7% on every sale, whatever your volume.
No. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee, so a month without sales costs you nothing.
The licensing fee for each order is held for a refund-buffer period of
twenty-one days, counted from the date of the order. Once that period has
elapsed, the fee is paid in the first weekly payout run (Thursdays) falling on
or after the end of the 21-day period. The payout date for any order may fall
between 21 and 27 days after the order date.
Where an order is refunded during
the buffer period, no licensing fee is paid for that order.
You never handle it. The buyer comes to us, we assess the request, and we deal with the conversation and the admin. Refunds are our decision, not yours, and buyers can ask within 14 days of purchase. If we approve one, the buyer loses access and that sale comes off your next payout rather than being invoiced back to you.
